Loken Construction is a closely-held company and Jay (the President) does all the estimating, sales and project management, working each phase of every project from the initial bid to punch list and close out. He is a third generation craftsman whose construction career spans over thirty five years, starting as an apprentice carpenter, the last twelve years at the helm of Loken Construction.

All carpentry work on our projects is performed "in house" and includes; concrete foundations and flat work, framing, door and window installation, exterior siding and trim, interior trim, and cabinet installation. The carpenters on staff are professional, prompt and efficient. Consequently, we control the schedule and the quality of our completed projects is second to none.

The subcontractors we employ have been hand picked over time and work with us on every project. They are familiar with our systems and produce the quality of work that we are known for.
